Transactional Due Diligence

We have a proven approach to assist clients in sound underwriting of debt and equity transactions. We accomplish this through in-depth research and analysis of market performance factors and variables, research and testing of various operating assumptions pertaining to revenues, costs, and expenses, assessing capital market conditions, and applying appropriate capital market factors to transaction underwriting. Our assistance also includes researching exit strategies and appropriate exit cap rates, evaluating debt service coverage ratios and investment return rates and multiples, and stress testing underwriting parameters.
