Paul Garity, Managing Director
Paul Garity is Managing Director of REH Capital Partners, LLC and lead's the Firm's Western U.S. Region. Mr. Garity's primary focus is on corporate strategy, transactional services, and consulting services within the real estate and hospitality industries. He is widely recognized as a leader in corporate real estate services throughout the United States.
Mr. Garity joined REH Capital Partners in January, 2003 after 28 years in the Real Estate and Hospitality Consulting Practice at KPMG LLP and KPMG Peat Marwick in Los Angeles. While at KPMG, he directed both the Western Region Real Estate and Hospitality Consulting Practice and the National Corporate Real Estate Consulting Practice.

Mr. Garity has advised hundreds of companies regarding organization issues, corporate real estate strategy, operations improvement, and real estate asset transactions. He has assisted in the valuation and disposition of portfolios of real estate assets and mortgages totaling over $5 billion in the U.S., Japan, and Korea, and was the advisor on many of the largest RTC and bank land development work-out projects in the West. Additionally Mr. Garity has extensive experience in providing investment and consulting services to a wide range of the gaming and hospitality clients.
Mr. Garity holds a master of business administration degree from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
