Michael Rosenblatt, Managing Director
Michael Rosenblatt is a Managing Director of REH Capital Partners, LLC based in Bethesda, MD where he co-leads service delivery for the Firm in the Washington D.C. area and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Rosenblatt's primary focus is on investment, transactional services, project planning, and advisory services within the hospitality industry.
Mr. Rosenblatt became associated with REH Capital Partners in June 2010 and is under contractual arrangement with the Firm. Prior to his association with REH, Mr. Rosenblatt was Vice President of Development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and before that was Vice President at Marriott International Hotels & Resorts where he oversaw hotel feasibility analysis and development. Mr. Rosenblatt started his professional career with Hospitality Valuation Services (HVS) in Miami, FL.

Mr. Rosenblatt has over 30 years of diversified and extensive experience with hotel and hospitality related investments, valuations, development, and transactions. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Rosenblatt has overseen the feasibility analysis, investment and acquisition underwriting, development planning, renovation, and repositioning of hundreds of hotels and resorts throughout the US, Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean Region.
Mr. Rosenblatt earned a B.S. in Hotel Administration from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. Mr. Rosenblatt is also a principal of Acacia Hospitality, a private hotel investment firm.
