REH advised a major U.S. commercial developer on the planned development of a full-service hotel as part of the UM Life Science and Technology Park located in the Miami Hospital-Health District in collaboration with the University of Miami.  Our services included advising on hotel programming, hotel market and financial analysis, brand selection, and project underwriting analysis.
