Assignment Profile

REH served as consulting advisor to the owners of the Trump International Beach Resort, Sunny Isles, Beach FL, in a strategic management contract review and formation of a captive hotel management company to manage the resort. This entailed assistance in negotiating contract terms and conditions, and budgetary assistance. REH also served as expert to owners in a contract dispute with a prior brand-manager leading to early termination of the previous management agreement.
