Assignment Profile

REH served as advisor to Kamehameha Schools on the renegotiation and restructuring of several long-term ground leases encumbering the Royal Hawaiian Hotel and the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii.  In connection with these transactions, the Royal Hawaiian completed a $70 million renovation and conversion to the Starwood Luxury Collection, while the Sheraton Waikiki completed a major upgrade of guestrooms, facilities and amenities.
