Services: Development planning, programming design, funding strategy, underwriting, brand strategy, and planned hotel developer solicitation.

Features: Candlestick Point is the first phase of redevelopment of the former Candlestick Park stadium in San Francisco, CA.  Phase I plans include a boutique hotel, rental apartments, senior housing and ground floor retail facilities.

Assignment Profile

REH is serving as hospitality advisor to the master developer of the Candlestick Point project in San Francisco, CA as part of the redevelopment of the former Candlestick Park stadium.  This entails providing input on programming and design of hotel facilities, advising on brand options and brand selection, investment underwriting assistance, and procuring JV hotel developers for the project.
