Project: Grand National International Drive, Orlando, FL - Development Consultant and Financial Advisor

Services: Hotel development planning, hotel developer solicitation, brand availability review, underwriting, and review of definitive agreements.

Features: The Grand National mixed-use development is comprised of 16.5 acres located at the north end of International Drive directly across from the Orlando International Premium Outlets, with approximately 12 million visitors annually.  The master plan consisted of a mix of hotel, retail and multi-family parcels.  

Assignment Profile

REH advised a major U.S. commercial and residential real estate developer on the hotel components of the master planned development of The Grand National mixed-use project located at the north end of International Drive, directly across from the Orlando International Premium Outlets.  Our services included advising on hotel programming, brand affiliation, and hotel developer sourcing, leading to successful development of family oriented hotel facilities.
