Assignment Profile

REH led an assignment to develop a global real estate strategy and tactical business plan leading to a subsequent valuation of Burger King’s U.S. portfolio of owned and leased assets comprised of over 1,700 stores and real estate assets valued at more than $1 billion.  This was in connection with the spin-off of the company from the parent Diageo to a private-equity investment consortium.
