Services: Multi-community review, valuation, and M&A marketing of divisional spinoff.

Features: Ten master-planned, large scale residential communities located near major urban centers throughout the U.S. Sunbelt that featured championship golf courses, equestrian facilities, clubhouse operations and other community recreational and support facilities.

Assignment Profile

REH served as financial advisor to Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE BXG), a major timeshare resort and residential community developer, in connection with a company-wide strategic review of its Communities Division, including projects, operations, and recapitalization options following the Great Recession.  This led to our successful arrangement for the disposition of the Communities Division to a US based community developer backed by a private hedge fund investor.
