Transactional Due Diligence

REH assists clients in identifying and sourcing debt and equity funding for acquisitions, debt refinancing, investment re-capitalization, and other funding needs. Through a small number of correspondent arrangements with senior and mezzanine lenders, and preferred equity providers, REH is able to assist clients with highly complex funding needs and structured finance transactions.
Asset Management and Owner Representation
REH provides asset management and owner representation services for its own account and selectively for third parties. We are qualified to act as court appointed receivers for troubled companies and assets.
